By accessing or using Vendit's vending machines, mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Resell products purchased from our machines for commercial purposes
• Damage or tamper with our vending machines

3. Purchases and Payments

Pricing

All prices are displayed on our vending machines and mobile app. Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment solutions. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

Refunds

If a product is not dispensed after payment, please contact our support team with your transaction details. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.

4. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is subject to additional terms and conditions. Points earned have no cash value and may expire if unused for 12 consecutive months. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

Product Availability

Product availability varies by location and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific product will be available at any given time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Vendit are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
